Default professionally managed account or software to help make decisions

Hello everyone, I am new and I am here to learn about the world of FOREX.
I am 20 years old and want to learn something better than just being told to throw all my money in a 401k and wait 40 years to see not so much more.
I am looking for someone to manage an account I have around 10k that I am willing to invest but I dont want to get biased opinions with links to products/services with referral affiliate ids attached.
I looked at fxtrader.net and i liked the performance results it lists.
What can I expect with them and what would be the best place to get the account managed or software that will help make the decision for me seeing that I have minimal experience.
Maybe also if you could list a couple books/videos/links I should look into that would be great.
Thanks

Chris
