I think you judge things to quickly.You say some last for a week ( and I agree with you..there are enough hyips started by lowlife serial scammers but this are so poorly designed, dont have real contact infos ,no bank account ,hidden domain infos etc etc) but others for few years. Wondering how can't you catch up with your deposit if the program last for few years.. I mean cmon ...members that deposit in first year ..they still have 2-3 years to pocket big time....
By deffinition ..HYIP is HIGH EARNING but ALSO HIGH RISK.. if you dont like to risk your money use a bank (if I'm not wrong even few US banks, this year in recession filled banckrupcy..should I call banks a scam ?!) or trade forex but let's admint it there is a learning curve to make profits in forex ...
