So true. Forex trading is becoming more and more popular among investors and all those who want to make a living working from home. It is an ultimate way of earning enough! It is NOT easy though... but definitely worth studying!

I like its flexibility, virtually nowhere else traders can go short, long, reverse positions and/or hedge them so quickly and easily than in the forex-market.

The recent developments in the United States forbid hedging in retail forex accounts under self-regulating jurisdiction of the National Futures Association. While this is not a law, it is a measure petitioned for by the NFA to the CFTC (Commodity Futures Trade Association) which is a branch of the Federal Government, submitted for their approval. This measure has, by the sheer mistake of fate, been approved. It shall become effective on May 15, 2009.
