Prime Minister(ms) Julia Gillard says the government will return the budget to surplus in May through an ambitious program of investments and reforms. In a speech to the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce, Ms Gillard has highlighted the strength of the Australian economy in the face of global financial instability.
