Let me get right to the point
I have some capital but unfortunately haven't got any time to invest into tempting Forex market myself. In short, I tried and I failed to be a serious trader, or even to earn any money because I just didn't have enough time for education, and I still don't.

So I am writing here because as I've seen this is one of the more serious forex forums out there, so I'm hoping to find what I'm looking for. And I am looking for a trader who is very good but has no money on their own to invest and make some serious profit. I am not talking about 1% monthly, I am looking for the talented ones who are able to make about 20ish percent.

Since I understand much time is needed for this, and most of you have real jobs besides forex (do you?) I would be willing to pay a certain monthly fee we would agree on, for living costs and expenses, so this could become a full-time job. I would also (gradually) invest up to $1,000,000 to a managed forex account, where this prospective someone would be the one who manages it. Our goal is 9 figures, which with a steady growth rate should reach us (with compound) in about 2.5 years. When we reach it we split it in half and walk out with >50,000,000 each.

A prospective person, who feels up to the challenge, would be tested on a practice account for a few months, and if they would meet the needs they'd start off with smaller amounts (10k), which would increase in time, as I mentioned before, to $1,000,000. All earnings would be retained in the fund, not a dime would be dropped until the goal is reached.

Penalty for not meeting the agreement (i.e. 3 months in a row below a set minimum of 20%, 2 months in a row below 15% or a month below 10%) would mean ending of the agreement, you'd be paid 15% of the earnings (earnings, not including the initial principal) with living cost subvention deducted.

Penalty points are negotiable (to some point), and everything else is opened for discussion. If there is anyone interested who thinks can meet the standards feel free to ask it here, or contact me by a PM and we'll exchange contact information.
