Regarding Tom DeMark trendline analysis, a swing point may not be obvious on the 15 minute chart, whereas it may be seen on the 5 minute and/or hourly charts. In other words, have a multi-chart view when looking for trendline breaks. Trendline analysis is just one of the many forex options you have at your disposal, as you are learning to trade forex.
