CitiFX Technicals – Tactical Portfolio

• We have bought a 6 week (06 July expiry) .8450 EURGBP put for 0.5%

• This down move in EURGBP which began with a bearish key day reversal at the high on 05 May continues to follow a pattern very similar to that seen in the turn lower that began on 25 October 2010.

• That ultimately resulted in a fall from .8942 to .8285 by Jan 2011.(Albeit that most of the move lower took place by 01 December when it hit .8334.

• Good support around .8673 is now under pressure and a close below could see this move accelerate lower.
