Why using News to trade is BAD?
Many traders trade either before or immediately after the news. Sometimes they win and sometimes lose. Actually they lose more than gain. If you are one of those traders who open positions based on news then you are making a big mistake. Why?
The answer is simple: Forex is controlled by Big Boys. The Big boys are consisted of World Central Banks, Hedge Funds and financial institutions. They are the ones who send out the news and move the market in big ways. Therefor, they always position themselves in the right place before they send us the news. Imagine if you knew the news before anyone else how huge you could make profit and this is exactly happens for the Big Boys.
Forex is a very risky and dangerous market. When you trade you are actually competing with the big boys and they do not like competitions but your money. So be very careful.

I want to momentum trade on breaking corporate news. Is there a site that provieds real time breaking news and investment analysis of that news. If a company reports earnings of $1.00/Share but analysts are looking for $1.50 that would be bad news but I won't know what analysts are looking for so I need some quick analysis of how this news will effect a stock price. Anybody out there doing this?undelete files
