Has anybody seen the symmetrical triangle on the Eur daily? This is a little confusing, according to my knowledge a triangle indicates continuation of the trend, yet in light of Aug US Non- farm Payrolls and President Bush`s speech the US economy is getting stronger along with the USD. I guess my question is, which takes preference, the fundamental news or the technical outlook?

For example before Greenspan`s speech everything was still very bearish but the charts is busy turning bullish...
