    Post EUR/USD Marching Toward 1.60?

    Gold:Gold is in the midst of a very strong bullish corrective move and appears to be heading to a very high price. The bullish channel together with the sharp positive slope of the 4 hour slow stochastic, makes it quite lucrative for forex traders to join the bullish trend and swing in with wide stops. Next target price appears to be 965.00.

    EUR/USD intraday: intraday support around 1.33.
    Pivot: 1.3300.
    Our Preference: LONG positions @ 1.331 with 1.3585 & 1.3635 in sight.

    Alternative scenario: The downside penetration of 1.33 will call for 1.32 & 1.3165.

    Comment: the 30-min RSI is posting a bullish divergence calling for a recovery.

    Trend: ST Consolidation; MT Bearish

    EUR/USD has been establishing fresh highs almost daily for the past two weeks. The upward movement in the currency pair is due to a variety of factors pointing to both euro strength and dollar weakness.
