According to the latest index published the number of property sales in the US has dropped 1.8% for October. Pending Sales fell 5.7% in the Midwest, the largest drop for any area. 3.5% dropped in Southern area and 1.7% in the Northeast. However, the west area shows an increase of 3.5%. I think this is something that the US should be aware of. I believe there is still a big chance for this indicator to gain and rise up.
