Thread: What do you think about Oil trading?

What do you think about Oil trading, not bad? Is it the good time to join?

Oil Trading needs some good 6-9 months practice before getting into live trading. The thing is that it is directly related to the fundamental news so practicing that longer will allow a trader to understand all the possible things a trader has to face while trading in oil.

In normal conditions, it is very much like currencies but long term trends are surely controlled by fundamental news.

I don't like trading oil because I trade according to technical analysis and TA does not work good in this commodity mainly because it gets high influence from geo-political events. It is a great instrument for those who like speculated trading, but those who are basing their analysis on TA will find it hard to do so, except maybe in intra-day trading of oil.
