Perhaps posting to a lot of strangers isnt the ideal way to find a business partner for your virtual pa business. I would suggest joining a virtual assistant forum (there are many out there, try google or PM me) and asking on there if anybody needs a business partner.

I agree, it is not a proper way to post anywhere about your proposal and let anyone know that you are finding some business partner. We cannot deny that there are someone out there that has bad intentions to your business and the internet is so powerful that there is nothing impossible. Before starting up a virtual assistant business you will need to consider a lot of things. Like how much is your budget this way you will know how big is your business would be. The right online tools to use so that it can help you manage your business to run effectively. Your employees if you prefer to save a lot of cost you should hire employees who are working from home. You can hire employees at Odesk, and Freelancer you could also try to search there a good business partner. Then now you are ready to start your online business.
