Thumbs up Easy Forex

No Software to Download
FREEZE Buy/Sell Rate for a few seconds feature
Dealer Chat
Competitive Spreads for Frequent Traders
Credit Card funding option
Assigned Acct. Manager to help you get started with platform

http://www.easy-forex.com/Gateway.aspx?gid=56179&pid=33

If you are a frequent trader dealing in larger volumes, Easy Forex will offer you a tailor-made account to suit your exact needs (spreads and leverage).

Unlike any other trading platform today, Easy-Forex offers you the possibility to FREEZE the Buy or the Sell rate that you see for a few seconds, irrespective of rate movements. That means that the rate you see and freeze is the rate you get (if indeed you decide to make the deal).

For New Traders:
You can start trading with as little as $50. As a new trader, you may deposit the sum that suits you, or fits the amount that you are willing to risk. Starting to trade with such small amounts is the best way to get acquainted with the Forex marketplace. Much better than operating "DEMO" accounts, where you are not really risking your own money. After getting familiar with the system, you may increase your level and scope of activity, as you find fit.

I always heard about this as well.. and often read in other forums most especially to those starters who just jump into forex without any proper education.. I just don't know if it fits to other traders..

Default Don't waste time hunting for broker till you know this fact

I have changed 3 brokers and none of them seemed to work for me.
I came across an article by jordan knight titled 'why your trading is doomed'. After getting hold of his money management advise, almost all of my strategies had profits. My USD100 in oanda never went below 95 and now it is at 128 by using 3 different strategies for past 3 months that previously wiped off my account. Every trader must read that article!

PS The article has nothing to do with brokers, nor it endorses any broker, just education/enlightenment

There are a few well capitalized, NFA registered brokers out there...it's a shame that it's so difficult for traders on the retail market to find them

I personally like the MT4 platform, and I know that it's likely to be the industry standard in the next year or so. That being said, FXDD and GAIN capital are two that I am currently using and have no problems with whatsoever thus far.

I also use an IB which gives me a trade rebate of about $4 per trade...any daytrader knows how much that adds up at the end of the month

But very important thing is - do not trade with marketmakers. They are trading against you. And you will never win them.

Default My Top Ten

I agree with avlovich25, I would not recommend Easy Forex. You will see them ALL OVER the internet because they have a very profitable affiliate program, but as avlovich25 said, their spreads can be very high. DukasCopy I think is a very good choice if you have the money to meet their minimum for opening an account.

I am working on a new web project in which the goal is to create the most comprehensive set of forex broker reviews on the web. It is a "work in progress" but we just finished our initial broker ratings (not yet posted on the web site) which were done by collecting individual broker ratings from several sites across the Internet and combining them. Here's the top ten right now of those that have at least 20 individual ratings based on a rating from 1 to 10.

1. aleccohFx (9.33) www.aleccohfx.com
2. Dukascopy Swiss FX (8.69) www.dukascopy.com
3. EFX Group (8.52) www.efxgroup.com
4. Delta Stock (8.49) www.deltastock.com
5. HotSpot Fx (8.02) www.hotspotfx.com
6. FINEX Group (8.01) www.finex.com
7. Windsor Brokers, Ltd. (7.97) www.windsorbrokers.biz
8. MB Trading (7.71) www.mbtrading.com
9. Questrade Inc. (7.67) www.questrade.com
10. Alpari IDC (7.66) www.alpari-idc.com

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who disagrees with me that these are good online forex brokers. A link to the site is below. Like I said it is not yet complete.

Default Learn to make your broker to like you profiting

Simply said, you would need a strategy for all your strategies to make your trading work, and your broker would not disagree with you. Make any strategy work magic, even losing ones with this magic formula and never bother about your broker when it comes to stop loss hunting. it's all in the code...
