AVAFX.COM - Becareful with them

What i told below was truth and i will respond of any person/company whom asking this case.

on 18 march 2008, I do first registration on web avafx and send usd100 by paypal.
At Website avafx explain that payment using paypal will be processed in 24 hours.
After deposit, from 18 until 20 I always checked my avafx account (name as xlprox) but nothing credit to my avafx account.
From 20 until 25 i start complained through avafx chat, talk to minako, paul, adam, laura.
They only say "please wait shortly.."
Because too long waiting, at 26 march, i send cancellation to adam@avafx. Afterwards the personnel named adam respond me "Cancel deposit will be processed in 24 hours"
USD100 was small money but no more returning until now

Then i have crazy things with paypal, A big company should not develop funny "resolution center".
I create ticket using resolution center at 26 march, explain detail what i had on avafx. Ticket shown "need 15 working days to process, i have to wait merchant responds".
At 15 april, i found ticket was closed. reasons:"This Dispute has timed out".
I try reopen ticket or create new one. It was rejected cause of reporting same transaction id.

Very difficult to complain paypal. What they said of resolution center, it never really help.

Because of first outlook and bad nightmare of playing forex, i never have bravery to deposit money again to forex company.

all visitors, I need your comments.
Please share your experience if had problem with those 2 company.
