Hello,

what you are try to explain in very strange way is that investors/traders have to diversify their investments to reduce risk, as simple as that.

A well diversified portfolio is a key factor in risk management and every investor/trader should implement such a strategy in order to avoid depending a big shot.

Volatility is a measure of dispersion. We can calculate volatility by using the standard deviation. Standard deviation show us how tightly the currencies price is grouped around the moving average (MA). The standard deviation is small when the prices are tightly bunched together.
