Pending Home Sales is dropping but economist is still having positive out look for this indicator. Economists expect another decline of 0.9% this time. Housing Starts are expected to rise to 716,000 in 2011 from 598,000 this year. So, I say that there is a greater chance that this indicator would increase this month and the month to come
