Thread: Beta Testers wanted for my forex dashboard

The problem we found with creating a dashboard in Metatrader was to slow and allowed limited ability to create different user interfaces.

So we decided to create a dashboard in VB.net that would give greater flexibility. This then interacts with Metatrader allowing the user to see only the interesting charts. (From the dashboard you can launch Metatrader with the selected charts you want to see pre-loaded)

We currently monitor around 200 charts on servers and feed the data to the dashboard, not something you can easily do with a desktop or laptop.

The main features of the dashboard are:

Confirmed trend break and pull back

The dashboard alerts you visually and audibly when a new one occurs, allowing you to see when the next news is and a link to the charts to view.

Outer trend line break and pull back

Candle formations

Every 30 minutes the user will be alerted to all candle formations on the symbols we follow, we currently show formations for the M30,H1,H4,D1 and W1, these can be filtered to show those that are considered more tradable.

Trade warnings

The trade warnings form has been designed to ultimately replace a check list, It shows the Pivot point S and R, Round Numbers, ATR projections, ATR percentage, Entry and stop suggestions, Candle formations that may assist or damage your trade, Market openings, bank holidays in major markets, news that may affect your trade, confirmed trends, SMA’s And we still have lots to add, but this can all be seen at a glance.
