What is the best software to use for publishing newsletter?
I need to buy a software for my own newsletter business. Is MS Publisher enough or I need to buy something else?

OK, now that your newsletter is ready, you need to publish it and get it in the hands of your subscribers. Since you can't possibly email it one by one to each of your subscribers, a good newsletter software is essential.

I have tried various newsletter software and services and have found AWeber to be the best solution out there.

Since you have a PDF newsletter, you don't need to include the actual content of your newsletter in your email. You will just send a simple announcement to your list top let them know they can download the new issue from your website.

You can also send the newsletter issue as an attachment to them by email.

I use mailchimp and I am happy with them. I will be updating my http://www.chartsaccess.com site next week adding newsletter form and social media plugins.

It is much cheaper to outsource newsletter handling software, otherwise you need to put lot of effort to not to get listed in spam databases.

The two leading software's for publishing email newsletter are Aweber and Getresponse. both of them giving free trail, so you can try and decide. I personally using Getresponse.

There are different kinds of software are available in the market but most rated newsletter publishing software are word-processing software and desktop publishing software both are the coolest software ever I have used.
