Best Time to trade?

What is the best US time to trade? and on what days is it better to trade where there is a definite trend?

South African time - 9:15 am is the best time!!!!

I can tell when is most dangerous time to trade: it is on Fridays as most relevant papers and comments so the changes are big. Look for example eur/usd this friday (1 July)

Big economic release dates are the most dangerous time to trades. Never know whats going to happen. For instance, tommorow with NFPs coming out - they often have a huge effect on the market.

As for the best time - the great thing about Forex is that its almost always active. Any time to fit into your scheduale you should be able to fit into the Eur, Asia or US session. Its all good.
