USD/YEN - 108.23

As long as yesterday`s low at 107.96 holds, mild upside bias remains for a stronger rebound
to take place, however, only above 109.07/10 would signal the early correction from 107.52
has resumed. Below said support would signal medium term downtrend is under way and
brings re-test of 107.52 low.


INTRA-DAY USD/CHF OUTLOOK

As dollar has countinued to edge higher, upside bias is retained and above 1.2910/15 would
signal the near term corrective upmove from yesterday`s low at 1.2800 has resumed, bring
re-test of 1.2962 later today.

Suggest to hold long, stop as indicated and take some profit on subsequent rise. Only below
1.2832 support would abort and extend weakness towards 1.2800.
