USD/YEN - 108.00

Although dollar`s broad-based weakness has kept under pressure, broad outlook remains
consolidative and reckon 107.50/60 would contain weaknness, bring rebound, above 108.48
would confirm this week`s rise from 106.74 to correct recent downtrend has resumed, yield
further gain to 109.02/07 later.


INTRA-DAY USD/CHF OUTLOOK

Outlook is same as euro, despite early renewed selling at Asian high at 1.2710, failure to
penetrate yesterday`s low at 1.2665 suggests further choppy trading is likely before
yesterday`s decline resumes for 1.2650/55 but reckon 1.2625/30 would hold from here.

Trade from short side and lower stop once dollar drops below said initial support at 1.2665.
