Although dollar has continued to trade in a narrow range as focus is on other European
currencies, as long as support 105.90 holds, consolidation with upside bias is seen for
subsequent rebound to 107.30/35 but 107.70/75 would hold...


INTRA-DAY USD/CHF OUTLOOK

Present rebound from 1.8427 signals an intra-day low has been formed and correction of
yesterday`s decline is under way towards 1.8500, however, reckon 1.8520/25 would hold
from here, yield further consolidation..

Turn long on dips, stop below 1.8420 and take profit on subsequent rise. Below 1.8420 risks
marginal weakness to 1.8395/00 before rebound...
