USD/YEN - 107.33

Yesterday`s anticipated rally adds credence to our bullish view that dollar`s recent erratic
downtrend has made a low at 105.70 Friday and consolidation with `upside bias` remains for
subsequent gain toward key resistance at 108.30, where a break there would confirm the
long-awaited correction of medium term fall has taken place, yield further head way toward
110.06 in February...


INTRA-DAY USD/YEN OUTLOOK

As dollar has rebounded on renewed cross-selling in yen after initial brief retreat to 107.17,
intra-day bullishness is retained for early upmove to resume, bring subsequent gain to
107.65/70, however, near term loss of momentum would limit gain to 107.80.

Suggest to hold long, stop now at 107.10 and only below 106.93 (overnight low) would abort
present view...
