USD/YEN- 106.40

Yesterday`s strong rise after breaking resistance at 106.03 signals retracement of recent
downtrend has taken place and consolidation with upside bias is seen for subsequent gain to
107.30/40 but resistance at 107.92 would remain intact.

Only below 105.51 wud signal corrective rise fm 105.16 has ended.


INTRA-DAY USD/CHF OUTLOOK

Outlook is similar to euro, although 1.2376 has contained pullback from 1.2444, above
1.2420 is needed to confirm yesterday`s rally has resumed, bring re-test of said resistance,
then towards 1.2480 but loss of momentum would limit upside in Asia.

Hold long in anticipation of such move, stop at 1.2350 initially and take profit on subsequent
rise..
